Stunning but always wondered how safe it is ? what type of animals lives in the mountains coyotes, wild cats, snakes, and spiders….etc

you'll change your mind when the electric bill comes in and you have to pay the cleaning lady and landscaper... why to much upkeep for me....
You think people buying a $12m house care about the $1k per month to landscape, clean and hvac a home? lol

Amazing house. Love the high ceiling but would have preferred some wood for the coffered ceilings just to give it some warmth. I like that kitchen Island but I'm not sure about the big helmet lights. Huge backyard.
